The goal of this project was to explore and develop a lighting design for a project type of my choosing. Throughout the term, I explored the functional and emotional aspects of light, both natural and artificial. I analyzed the lighting requirements and performance of a specific built environment. Building from this knowledge, the intent of this project was aimed at increasing my understanding of how to design a complex lighting strategy for a specific project type. In this project, I explored light through the overall design and layout to its color temperature and relationship with materials.
