Digital marketing agency, Connect, experienced rapid expansion and required an updated office space to support the growing number of staff and clients. Co-Owners Bryce and Beth sought to incorporate their vibrant and collaborative design styles into the new office design. Connect’s new office not only fosters productivity and professionalism but also inspires staff to be creative and interact with one another in a fun-casual manner. The office provides various workspaces suited explicitly to the staff’s moods and personalities, encouraging them to work where they feel most comfortable and focused. Bryce and Beth view their company as a bridge that transforms their client’s dreams into reality. Connect follows WELL Standards in its design, allowing it to be a bridge to a healthier and happier work environment. The entire office has an unimpeded view of the New York streets and Highline, enveloping the space in natural light. The first-floor café provides staff and clients with access to healthy food options, which they can enjoy at a window-side table, lounge area, or self-care corner. Easy access to water is made possible through an abundance of refill stations placed around the perimeter of the office. The materials used throughout Connect not only provide a sense of nature-inspired beauty but also function as acoustic barriers, providing maximal comfort and functionality.
