The Challenge
I was asked to seek a slow fashion/circular/shared economy brand that aligns with my team’s core social and environmental values. The brand I chose is built on a philosophical approach that extends beyond creating a product for purchase but strives to positively impact the planet and its people through shared or circular practices.
The brand I selected aims to forge a stronger connection between its customers, products, and mission. They are looking to reinvent what it is to be a retailer in today’s marketplace, redefine the retail journey and service model, and go beyond simply selling products to cultivate community. To create a new experience for their customers, they look for their space to be authentic and to tell their transparent brand story. They looked to me as the expert to propose a progressive, groundbreaking, future-oriented retail strategy. The store aims to educate and activate its mission while providing an unparalleled experience for its customers.
